The digital age has caused a significant transformation in numerous industries, including competitive gaming. What was once only a source of live entertainment has now become a colossal market, as reflected in the rise of esports and online competitions.

This shift in global entertainment culture is a testament to the dynamic nature of the industry. Entertainment has moved from traditional settings to online platforms, bringing together global participants and audiences.

Many online competitive platforms allow players to compete and organizers to create tournaments or instant matches producing an online gaming experience.

Who are these platforms and organizers, and what are they doing?

Here are a few examples of competitive platforms:

> faceit/esl

  • some level of autonomous operations
  • hard to create and manage tournaments
  • subscription to unlock the full experience

> exeedme

  • manual operations
  • hard to create and manage tournaments
  • subscription to unlock the full experience

> dubbz

  • fully manual operations
  • hard to create and manage tournaments

> battlefly

  • fully manual operations
  • hard to create and manage tournaments
  • lack of creator incentives

> fractal

  • fully manual operations
  • lack of creator incentives
  • hard to create and manage tournaments

> community gaming

  • fully manual operations
  • hard to create and manage tournaments
  • lack of creator incentives

In 2023, players and organizers are still making the same repetitive manual tasks on a daily basis without meaningful rewards.

For innovation to happen, a bunch of things that aren’t connected need to be.

Therefore, we are always thinking: how do we want to make developers’ lives better and users’ lives a lot better? With VXG, we’re trying to answer the question:

How can we maximize and optimize the experience?

Convenience.

We tend to think of VXG as an automated ecosystem with a toolbox for game developers, tools for businesses (content creators, streamers, brands, tournament organizers, guilds), and a playground for competitive players.

When gamers are able to play for more than an hour without interruptions, such as joining a new match, claiming rewards, or reporting match results, they have a much more enjoyable social experience. This is where we innovate.

Innovation happens when there is a shift in the norm. With VXG, we make connections that disrupt the industry and provide users with an unparalleled experience not offered by anyone.

> Examples:

  • Players — Registering for the game is automatic, buy-ins are gathered automatically, matchmaking is automatic, match creation and the rewards too. Users have them within seconds after the match ends.
  • Creators — Create hundreds of competitions and customize them as you wish within a few clicks. Choose the game, game mode, prize pool, buy-in (free, accumulate, set), and repetition frequency. In five clicks a fully automated gaming competition is set.
  • Developers — Integrate the best esports features into any game with a few lines of code. Avoid months of dev work to create user-generated content tools or competitive features. The best part is every game gets a piece of the fees VXG is making.

Keep in mind, that the web existed for almost a decade before online competitions became a thing. Even though the technology was available to make fully automated competitions, it simply didn’t happen until somebody had the idea to do it, do it big, and do it with a certain level of quality decades later.

It’s about how anyone with a PC or a smartphone can easily compete in esports and create online competitions with the whole world.

We’re making our software available to users in as economically efficient a way as possible. We are free to use.

VXG serves as proof of the limitless creative possibilities offered by esports and the significant influence of our dedicated team.
